Our client, a growing business operating within the 3PL and supply chain sector, is looking to recruit an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied position that will see you working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, hauliers, and customers to ensure stock, orders, and supply chain operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities*Placing purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers
*Managing inbound deliveries and creating Goods Received Notes (GRNs)
*Matching and approving supplier invoices
*Acting as the key point of contact for warehouse operations
*Conducting post-production stock checks
*Setting up new products and billing materials within company systems
*Arranging inbound transport and liaising with hauliers and suppliers
*Maintaining accurate supplier pricing information
*Resolving production, delivery, quality, and invoice queries
*Supporting customer service activities relating to products and suppliers
*Processing complex and export orders
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
*Producing weekly reports and operational updates
*Completing month-end stock reconciliations and adjustments
*Supporting the wider operations team as required
About YouTo be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience within an operations, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or inventory-focused environment.
Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing or Manufacturing Administration
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
GCSE Grade 5 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
