Are you an organised administrator with experience coordinating contractors, maintenance teams or property-related services? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity. We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator to provide vital support to a busy contracts team, ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently.


Key responsibilities:
*Coordinate subcontractors, temporary staff and site schedules
*Arrange plant, equipment hire and waste collections
*Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
*Schedule site visits, inspections and follow-up works
*Support with project administration and documentation
*Prepare and update project paperwork, including RAMS
*Handle client enquiries and provide excellent customer service
*Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard


What we are looking for:
*At least 2 years’ administration experience within a contractor, maintenance, facilities, construction or property environment
*Experience coordinating engineers, contractors or field-based teams
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
