Established and well-run, cloud-led on the software side, but small enough that the partners know every client and every member of the team.
The role

You’d take on a substantial and varied portfolio, mainly accounts and tax, as the main point of contact for your clients. There’s a healthy mix of compliance and advisory, plenty of client contact, and room to shape how the work gets done rather than just process it. You’ll also review work and help bring on the more junior members of the team.
Who this will suit

A qualified accountant, ACA or ACCA, who has built their career in practice and knows their way around a mixed portfolio. Maybe you’re a manager or assistant manager ready to step up, or a senior manager who wants somewhere the next move is real. The key thing: you want to work towards directorship, and in time, equity.
