Full job descriptionA&G Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an experienced Van Driver for our client based in Bridgend.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for consistent weekday work with guaranteed pay.
Job Details
*Location: Bridgend
*Job Type: Temporary
*Start Date: Immediate
*Working Days: Monday to Friday
*Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
*Pay Rate:£13.50 per hour
*Guaranteed:8 hours’ pay per shift, even if you complete your deliveries early.
Responsibilities
*Deliver electrical goods safely and efficiently to customers.
*Load and unload the vehicle, including heavy items when required.
*Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures.
*Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
*Carry out daily vehicle checks and keep the van clean and roadworthy.
*Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Minimum 6 months’ commercial van driving experience.
*Good knowledge of the local area.
*Strong customer service and communication skills.
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
*Able to work independently and manage your daily workload.
