A respected Legal 500 firm is continuing to invest in its Corporate team and is looking to appoint a talented Corporate Associate Solicitor to support their impressive client base. This is an excellent opportunity to advise a diverse range of businesses, from innovative start-ups through to established national companies, across sectors including technology, IT and life sciences.
What you’ll be doing
*Advising on mergers, acquisitions and business disposals
*Supporting private equity transactions, investments and management buyouts
*Drafting and negotiating shareholder, partnership and investment agreements
*Advising on corporate governance and joint venture arrangements
*Assisting with restructures, reorganisations and wider strategic projects
*Running your own matters while working alongside experienced partners on complex, high-value transactions
What we’re looking for
*Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law
*Strong experience handling corporate transactions, particularly M&A
*Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
*Enthusiastic about networking, business development and becoming part of the local business community
