Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re excited to be representing this innovative and ambitious brand in their search for an experienced cover for their Community Development Manager who is set to be off on Maternity shortly. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, who is an influential and innovative figure within the industry, this is a hands-on, relationship driven, yet analytical and strategic role for an established, but transitional brand who are now set to re-shape their business (and in some ways industry), which this role can play a huge part in.
Our client is seeking strong communicators who can show a diverse background of rounded experience - all the while thriving in a small and varied care sector organisation where you must be hands on and practically minded. This is a hands-on, business development-oriented role requiring someone who can operate both analytically and commercially, working independently without a supporting team.
A truly niche business with an incredible and growing market presence, the role will see you owning and delivering the Models of Care Programme as a primary focus and hence previous experience and connections within the Care sector are important.
Key duties will include:
*Own and advance Phase 1 (Opportunity Screening) assessments across all outstanding markets, using the agreed stage-gated framework.
*Gather and synthesise local population, demographic, demand and commissioner data to inform opportunity analysis by community area.
*Clear management of Client Journey, analysing the enquiry to admission success rates and exploring conversion challenges.
*Ownership of Commissioner Audit, Engagement and Strategy, conducting a systematic audit of all existing relationships and leading engagement for the future.
*Project Management and delivery across all related areas, communicating effectively throughout with all support services departments to ensure collaboration and success.
To be considered you should have an exceptional eye for detail and a history of producing results in a highly competitive marketplace. It is however, a role whereby the client is very open minded, and attitude, ethic to succeed in a rapidly scaling environment is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and analytical Business Development and Communications/partnerships expert to really take ownership of an exciting business while covering the FTC period. Please apply immediately to be considered!
