The Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, UK-based training and development organisation that supports individuals and employers through apprenticeships, skills programmes, and professional training.
They are looking to appoint a Recruitment & Operations Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role combining recruitment coordination with broader operational support.
The Role
This position sits within the Operations team and will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting wider operational activities across the business.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and thrives on working with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent
*Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
*Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
*Work closely with hiring managers and external agencies
*Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
*Support onboarding processes and recruitment campaigns
Operations Support
*Assist with learner enrolment and attendance tracking
*Maintain registers and support compliance processes
*Coordinate documentation, exam materials, and data records
*Support GDPR-related queries and general administration
*Assist with internal engagement initiatives and ad hoc projects
Candidate Profile
Essential:
*Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or coordination
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
*Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Desirable:
*Experience within training, education, or skills environments
*Familiarity with apprenticeships or bootcamp programmes
*Exposure to compliance or audit-driven processes
*Experience working with agencies or external partners
