A long-established, highly rated UK law firm is expanding its compliance function and seeking a Compliance Officer - Legal to support the COLP and strengthen regulatory standards across the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, growing organisation with a strong reputation for client care.

The Role
You’ll work closely with the team to ensure the firm meets regulatory obligations and maintains robust compliance processes. Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting with claims & complaints
*Conducting checks and compliance searches
*Maintaining central risk registers (complaints, PI notifications etc.)
*Assisting with internal file reviews
*Researching regulatory and risk-related issues
*Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes
*Collaborating with the wider business support team
About You
*Strong communicator with excellent written accuracy
*Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
*2 years’ litigation experience
*Housing Disrepair knowledge beneficial but not essential
*Proclaim CMS experience advantageous
*Solid understanding of compliance, risk and legal regulations
*Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
*IT literate and client-focused
