Key Duties:*Work 1-on-1 or in small groups with high school students who need an extra boost in their learning.

*Help prepare learning materials and adapt activities to suit different learning needs.
Requirements:*Experience with Children/Young Peopleas a Support Worker, TA, Tutor, Youth Leader, Care Worker, or similar setting.
*A genuine passion for working with young people (aged 11-16).
*Strong communication and listening skills.
*A patient, flexible, and positive attitude.
*An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
