Full job description Store Manager Designate – Vision Express (Central & East London)

What You’ll Do

· Support stores across Central and East London, stepping in where leadership is needed most
· Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams across multiple locations
· Drive commercial performance through exceptional customer experience
· Take ownership of store performance during cover periods, including KPIs and operational standards
· Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering personalised service
· Support all store operations including rotas, stock, compliance, and retail standards
· Build strong team cultures quickly, driving engagement and accountability
· Partner with Area Managers and support teams to deliver consistency and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

· Strong retail leadership experience as a Store Manager or equivalent
· Confident leading, motivating, and developing teams in fast-paced environments
· Commercially driven with a track record of delivering results
· Comfortable working across multiple locations and adapting quickly
· Passionate about customer experience and retail excellence
· Resilient and adaptable leader, confident managing change
· A natural communicator who can build credibility quickly with new teams

Optics experience is not required - we’ll support you to learn everything you need.
