This is an excellent opportunity for an established dealmaker to take a leading role in originating and executing transactions while becoming a trusted adviser to high-growth businesses and investors across the sector.

The firm works with privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, family-owned groups, private equity investors and larger corporate organisations, advising on a broad range of strategic and value-creating transactions.




Description


*Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within the food and drink sector.
*Originate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, investors and professional introducers.
*Advise business owners and management teams on strategic options, acquisitions, disposals and growth initiatives.
*Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda and client presentations.
*Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through to completion.


Profile


*Proven M&A experience gained within an advisory firm, investment bank or boutique environment.
*Strong experience advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising transactions.
*Previous exposure to food and drink sector clients is essential.
*Demonstrable track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships at a senior level.


Job Offer
*Competitive salary: AD - £80,000 - £100,000; Director - £100,000 - £125,000
*Discretionary bonus, typically paying between 15%-30%
