Full job descriptionJob Title: Experienced Architectural Assistant
Location: Leicester
Salary: £27-36,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has become available for an Experienced Architectural Assistant to join a growing architectural team in Leicester. The practice specialises in designing bespoke accessible homes across the UK, delivering projects that make a genuine difference to clients’ lives. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of project stages while working alongside experienced Architects on technically interesting and rewarding schemes.

Daily Duties
*Assist with projects across multiple RIBA stages
*Produce planning, presentation, and technical drawing packages
*Prepare design and construction documentation
*Liaise with consultants and external stakeholders
*Attend site visits and client meetings
*Assist with planning and Building Regulations applications
*Support senior team members throughout project delivery
*Ensure work is completed to a high technical standard
Ideal Candidate
*Part 2 and/ or 1 qualified Architectural Assistant with several years’ UK industry experience
*Strong design and technical ability
*Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team
*Full UK driving licence preferred
*Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
