*Providing AI assurance expertise by assessing AI systems against regulatory requirements, government guidance and ethical standards, including GDPR, the EU AI Act and other leading AI governance frameworks.
*Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to embed effective AI governance aligned to organisational strategy, culture and objectives.
*Developing and enhancing AI governance tools, methodologies and assets to help clients respond to an evolving regulatory landscape.
*Delivering workshops, training and knowledge-sharing sessions that build client capability and embed responsible AI practices.
*Supporting business development through proposals, bids, client presentations and proposition development, while contributing to thought leadership, internal initiatives and the continued growth of the AI Governance & Trust practice.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll combine consulting experience with a passion for responsible AI and strong stakeholder engagement skills. We’re looking for:

*Knowledge of AI and data technologies, including AI lifecycle governance, model risk assessment, bias evaluation, data governance and post-deployment monitoring.
*The ability to translate complex governance challenges into practical solutions across people, process, technology and data.
*Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leading workshops.
*Experience delivering training, developing client capability and producing high-quality consulting deliverables.
*A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies, evolving regulations and industry best practice.
