My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, support product launches and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms
*Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and sales materials
*Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
*Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
*Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy
*Support website optimisation, SEO and customer journey improvements
*Work closely with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion
*Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities
*Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity

Skills
*Previous experience within marketing, growth or digital marketing
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
*Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Proactive, self-motivated and keen to learn
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business

Package
*£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
