The OpportunityWe are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring business users are prepared for change, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness throughout the implementation.
Key Responsibilities*Lead Change Management activities across the SAP OTC workstream
*Develop change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities
*Support organisational change and business readiness
*Conduct impact assessments and change analysis
*Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
*Develop training materials and support end-user enablement
*Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams
*Support deployment, hypercare, and successful business adoption
Required Experience*Proven SAP Change Management experience
*Previous SAP S/4HANA transformation programme experience
*Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes
*Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness activities
*Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
*Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities
