My client, an ambitious and rapidly growing technology business, is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work directly alongside the founders, supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and day-to-day business operations. This is a varied role offering exposure across marketing, product, operations and business strategy, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career within a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
*Work closely with the founders on strategic and commercial projects
*Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations
*Support business planning, presentations and commercial proposals
*Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and growth initiatives
*Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities
*Help manage priorities, projects and key business activities
*Provide executive support where required to ensure the smooth running of the business
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement AI-driven efficiencies
Skills
*Previous experience within business support, operations, marketing, consulting or a similar role
*Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Commercially aware with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using technology and AI tools to improve productivity
*Adaptable, ambitious and keen to take ownership of projects
Package
*£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
*26 days holiday + bank holidays
