Are you passionate about sport and inspiring young people? Whether you’re an experienced Sports Coach, a Sports Graduate looking to gain valuable school experience, or an experienced PE Cover Supervisor, we’d love to hear from you.
We are working with a welcoming secondary school in North Birmingham that is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in education while making a real impact on students’ learning and development.
The RoleAs a PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach, you will:
*Deliver pre-planned PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Supervise students during general classroom cover when required.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
*Encourage student participation, confidence and teamwork.
*Support the school’s high expectations for behaviour and learning.
We Are Looking For*Sports Coaches with experience working with young people.
*Sports Graduates looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training.
*Experienced PE Cover Supervisors or Cover Supervisors.
*Confident communicators with strong behaviour management skills.
*A proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach.
