Description
*Oversee the full finance function below the FD
*Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decisions.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance.
*Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
*Coordinate with external auditors and manage audits effectively.
*Implement and maintain financial systems and controls.
*Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
*Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Offer
