Description
*Process and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and payments.
*Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accounts are up-to-date.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
*Handle supplier and customer queries related to accounts.
*Maintain and update financial systems and databases.
*Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
*Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*Experience in a similar role within accounting and finance.
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
*Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good communication skills for liaising with team members and external stakeholders.

Job Offer
*Hourly rate of £15.00 - £19.00, dependent on the level of experience.
