Temporary Ongoing Position
Berry Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a temporary ongoing role based in Bristol.
This is a Monday to Friday position with a 9:00am start, working until all deliveries and collections have been completed. The role involves multi-drop deliveries, vehicle checks, paperwork completion, and assisting with unloading at delivery locations.
The Role:*Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle across planned routes.
*Completing deliveries and collections to schedule.
*Assisting with unloading at customer sites.
*Completing vehicle defect checks before and after shifts.
*Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed correctly.
*Securing loads in line with transport regulations.
*Following driver hours and tachograph regulations.
Requirements:*Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
*CPC Qualification Card.
*Digital Tachograph Card.
*Understanding of driver hours regulations.
*Ability to carry out manual handling and assist with unloading.
*No more than 6 penalty points (endorsements considered).
