Resource Manager / Scheduler
We’re looking for an experienced Resource Manager / Scheduler to join a fast-paced operational environment, supporting workforce planning across both contact centre and back-office operations.
You’ll be responsible for forecasting demand, analysing capacity, identifying resource gaps, and creating effective workforce schedules to meet customer and business requirements. Working closely with Operations and Planning teams, you’ll provide insight-led recommendations on current and future headcount needs across permanent, temporary, and contractor workforces.
Key experience:
*Workforce scheduling, capacity planning or resource management.
*Contact centre and back-office operations.
*Demand forecasting and workforce planning.
*Analysing performance data to identify trends, risks and resource requirements.
*Stakeholder management across Operations and Planning teams.
Experience within large-scale customer programmes such as PPI, Motor Finance, Insurance Remediation or Claims Operations would be highly advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Practice Manager or Capability Manager background looking to make a real impact in a data-driven operational environment.
