Hours: Onsite – 37.5 hours per week
Salary:£50,000 -£55,000 per annum + Benefits
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Owen Daniels are supporting a leading manufacturing company, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business.
Manufacturing Engineer – Key responsibilities:
*Support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from early planning through to implementation.
*Help improve production processes by developing practical working methods and maintaining clear technical records.
*Work with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and resolve day-to-day production challenges.
*Contribute to quality and compliance activities by assisting with process reviews and controlled engineering changes.
*Provide technical input and regular communication to support project delivery and meet business requirements.
Manufacturing Engineer - Essential Skills & Experience:
*Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Manufacturing or Engineering (or similar)
*Previous experience in manufacturing or as a Manufacturing Engineer
*Experience with quality tools and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR)
*Possess strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work effectively while working as part of a team.
