Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or QBE Accountant to join a growing Not for Profit organisation in Swansea who are going through a period of significant change.


The Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the reporting and analysis by providing both Internal and External stakeholders with up to date reports and information of the financial situation of the organisation.
The organisation runs in excess of 100 projects with an income of over £16m. You will provide up to date financial information on all of these projects and act as a trusted Financial Advisor to all budget holders/senior stakeholders. You will report externally to the main external stakeholder on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.


The role will include;
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions.
*Collaborate with various departments to manage budgets effectively.
*Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
*Identify risks and opportunities within financial performance.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
*Support the development of financial strategies and plans.
*Deliver presentations to stakeholders on financial performance.
*Assist with ad hoc financial projects as required.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
*Ideally a qualified Accountant, however QBE’s with relevant experience will be considered.
*Strong experience in financial analysis and reporting.
*Proven ability to manage budgets and provide strategic advice.
*Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ideally Experience working in or with the Not For Profit sector and or dealying with grant funding and restricted funds.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £200 to £250 per day, dependent on the level of experience.
*Temporary position offering flexibility with 2 days working from home.
