Full job descriptionEssential Experience*Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within a CQC-regulated adult social care service.
*Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager within Supported Living or Learning Disabilities services.
*Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
*Proven track record of achieving and maintaining CQC compliance.
*Experience leading successful CQC inspections.
*Experience managing safeguarding concerns, investigations and serious incidents.
*Experience of managing budgets and financial performance.
*Experience recruiting, supervising, coaching and developing staff teams.
*Experience managing staff performance, disciplinary and capability processes.
*Experience working with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), commissioners and multidisciplinary professionals.
*Experience implementing quality assurance systems and continuous improvement programmes.
*Experience managing occupancy, referrals and service development.
*Experience using electronic care planning and incident management systems.
Essential Qualifications*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
*Eligible to register with the CQC as a Registered Manager.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Enhanced DBS clearance.
*Right to work in the UK.
