Full job descriptionTradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming primary schools in Warrington who will be seeking KS1 Teachers come September.
This Year 1 Teacher role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy and independent learning during this important stage of primary education.
As a Year 1 Teacher in Warrington, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the Year 1 curriculum via long-term placements
*Delivering pre-planned content via short-term placements
*Support pupils as they transition from the Early Years Foundation Stage
*Assess progress and provide effective feedback
*Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
*Work closely with colleagues and parents to support pupil development
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 1
*Excellent classroom management skills
*A passion for inspiring young learners
