As a Valuer/Lister, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, generating property listings, and establishing strong relationships across your geographical area. This role would be ideal for someone from a property background or another person-centric industry.
Key Duties
*List and sell residential and land assets through both traditional and modern auction methods.
*Develop and maintain relationships with estate agents, solicitors, commercial agents, traders, and other key introducers.
*Conduct property appraisals and valuations while identifying new business opportunities.
*Promote the brand through networking, marketing initiatives, video property tours, and excellent customer service.
Person Specification
*Previous experience within the property sector or a people-focused industry such as recruitment, sales, or hospitality.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
*Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of generating business independently.
*Full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel throughout the local area.
