The Store Manager Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store’s performance, leading your team to deliver commercial results while maintaining excellent retail standards.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, coaching and developing a successful retail team
*Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
*Delivering excellent customer service and shopping experiences
*Managing store operations, compliance and Health & Safety
*Maintaining strong visual merchandising standards
*Supporting recruitment, training and colleague development
What We’re Looking For
You will ideally have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Department Manager within retail.
You’ll be:
*A strong people leader who enjoys developing teams
*Commercially focused with experience delivering sales results
*Passionate about fashion retail and customer service
*Positive, proactive and able to lead from the front
