Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join a growing Financial Services team delivering financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions for private equity and corporate clients across banking, insurance, wealth management, lending and fintech.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead financial due diligence engagements from planning to delivery.
*Manage client relationships and present key findings.
*Review and prepare high-quality reports.
*Coach and develop junior team members.
*Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
About You
*ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA qualified.
*3+ years’ post-qualification Transaction Advisory/Deals experience.
*Strong Financial Services due diligence experience.
*Commercial, analytical and client-focused.
