We’re looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to provide expert tax advice, oversee compliance processes, support a diverse client portfolio, and help develop junior team members within a growing Corporate Tax team.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager ready to progress, to join our busy Corporate Tax team. You’ll use strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to provide tax advice and support to clients, Partners and colleagues, while ensuring the smooth running of compliance procedures and ad-hoc advisory work. You’ll also work closely with junior team members based overseas, supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities
*Review tax returns, computations and monthly tasks prepared by junior staff, providing feedback to support their development
*Ensure the compliance cycle runs smoothly, flagging issues where necessary
*Support junior staff based overseas
*Build strong relationships with Partners, colleagues and clients
*Manage expectations across the practice to keep projects on realistic timeframes
*Provide tax advice and technical support on a range of issues
*Deal with HMRC enquiries
*Maintain technical knowledge through CPD and ongoing development
About You
*Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and consultancy
*Confident and professional dealing with partners, staff and clients directly
*Able to work autonomously and use initiative
*A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
*4/5+ years’ experience in a Corporate Tax team
*CTA qualified
