We’re seeking bubbly, creative individuals who are looking for a rewarding opportunity as a professional FUN provider within a lovely elderly Nursing Home in Newport.
The role would involve:
*Planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of activities for residents in a nursing home setting.
*Developing engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation
*Coordinating events and entertainment to enhance residents’ quality of life
*Collaborating with staff to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
*Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences
Requirements for the role:
*Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings essential
*Strong passion for providing care and improving the quality of life for residents
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families and staff
*Knowledge of mental health problems care practices and techniques desirable"
