We’re looking for a registered nurse to deliver specialist care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT in their own homes.
This rewarding community role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, build long-term relationships with patients, and provide expert clinical care, education, and ongoing support that enables patients to manage their treatment safely and confidently.
What You’ll Do
*Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients receiving TPN and OPAT.
*Provide patient and carer education to promote safe self-management.
*Conduct home visits for therapy initiation, follow-up, and clinical assessment.
*Monitor treatment, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage clinical equipment.
*Work closely with dietitians, pharmacists, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
*Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and maintain high standards of governance and patient safety.
About You
*Registered Nurse (NMC or NMBI).
*Minimum one year’s post-registration experience.
*Full UK or Irish driving licence.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Able to work independently and manage your own caseload.
