As a Quality Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Lead the Quality function for the site, aligning with business and organisational standards
*Provide strategic and operational leadership to Quality teams, including engineers, auditors and inspectors
*Act as primary point of contact for customers on quality matters, including escalations and corrective actions
*Establish and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure regulatory and customer compliance
*Lead internal, external and customer audits, ensuring effective preparation and closure of findings
*Drive structured problem-solving using root cause analysis to eliminate recurrence
As a Quality Manager, your experience will include:
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
*10+ years’ progressive experience in Quality roles within regulated manufacturing environments
*5+ years’ leadership experience managing Quality teams, including leading leaders
*Demonstrated experience leading and maintaining Quality Management Systems
*Proven experience leading internal, external and customer audits with corrective action plans
*Strong knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and CAPA
