Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading on disrepair cases and carrying out housing condition inspections.
*Undertaking building pathology surveys and diagnosing defects, including damp and mould issues.
*Preparing schedules of works, specifications, and technical reports.
*Managing specialist contractors and providing technical advice on remedial works.
*Ensuring compliance with building regulations, statutory requirements, and housing standards.
*Supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.
