Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
Rotating weekly shifts:
*5:45am to 2:00pm
*1:45pm to 10:00pm

The RoleAs a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities*Safely operate Counterbalance and/or Pivot Forklift Trucks
*Move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
*Ensure accurate booking-in and despatch of goods
*Follow all health and safety procedures
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
*Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations
*Uphold quality standards and site procedures
*Support continuous improvement initiatives
*Undertake additional duties as required to support business objectives
What We’re Looking ForEssential:*Valid Counterbalance or Pivot Forklift Licence
*Good spoken and written English
*Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated attitude
*Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg
*Comfortable standing and working throughout a shift
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:*COSHH training
*Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling practices
*Experience working with HACCP procedures
*Understanding of safety practices within a food manufacturing environment
