Are you a Multi Skilled Engineer looking for a role where you can use your skills, solve problems and make a real impact?
We’re recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, working a 3 on 3 off night shift pattern.
This is a hands-on engineering role covering planned maintenance, breakdown response and continuous improvement. You’ll be trusted to keep equipment running, improve reliability and support a high-performing operation.

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:
*Fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical breakdowns
*Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
*Carrying out repairs safely and efficiently
*Identifying repeat failures and driving improvements
*Updating maintenance records via the CMM system
*Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
*Maintaining high health and safety standards
What we’re looking forYou’ll have:
*Experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
*Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
*Relevant engineering qualifications
*Manufacturing experience
*A proactive approach to problem solving
Food/FMCG experience is beneficial but not essential.
