We’re currently recruiting for a Property Administration Assistant for our Estate Agency client based in Finchley.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Property Management or Estate Agency.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Administration Assistant:
*Basic £28,000 - £35,000
*Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the role of Property Administration Assistant:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Property
*Act as a first point of contact for tenant enquiries, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and efficiently
*Respond to emails promptly and accurately, escalating matters where appropriate
*Assist with the management of property compliance, including maintaining accurate records and monitoring key renewal dates
*Coordinate appointments, inspections, and contractor visits
*Manage and maintain the Head of Property’s diary, scheduling meetings and prioritising appointments
*Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
*Maintain accurate property and tenant records using the company’s systems
*Liaise with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
*Provide general administrative support to the wider property team when required
*Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as the department grows
Key Skills for the role of Property Administration Assistant:
*Previous experience in a property management, estate agency, or real estate environment
*Experience dealing with tenant enquiries and property compliance
*Knowledge of property management software (desirable but not essential)
*Experience providing executive or senior management support
*Exceptionally organised with excellent time management skills
*A confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal English
*Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
*Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
*Proactive, resourceful, and always willing to help
*Highly attentive to detail with strong administrative skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn new systems quickly
*Able to handle confidential information with discretion
