Full job descriptionMy Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Housing (Homelessness) Transformation Programme Manager on a Contract basis.
The role will lead on the delivery of a business-critical transformation programme for the Council’s delivery of homelessness prevention.
About the role:
Based in Devon (Hybrid - 3 days on site):
*Recruit and stabilise the permanent workforce.
*Reduce temporary accommodation costs and reliance.
*Strengthen homelessness prevention and demand management.
*Develop robust housing performance and financial intelligence.
*Create a sustainable 1-2 year Housing Transformation and Delivery Plan linked to the Council’s wider transformation programme and building on the restructure currently underway.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
*Significant experience leading complex, large-scale programmes for Housing / Homelessness.
*Proven track record of managing complex service transformation and improvement programmes.
*Ability to engage with and navigate senior stakeholders, including Elected Members.
*Local Authority experience is essential.
What’s on offer:
*Salary: £500-£600 per day, inside IR35 (PAYE option also available)
*Hybrid Working
*Contract type: Contract
*Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
