Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a broad and autonomous Finance Manager position with responsibility for leading the finance function. You’ll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, produce timely management information, manage cashflow, and ensure accurate reporting to the wider group.

Key responsibilities:*Manage all aspects of the day-to-day finance function.
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Monitor cashflow and prepare forecasts.
*Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
*Maintain accurate financial records and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Prepare VAT returns and support statutory reporting requirements.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Provide financial support and commercial insight to the senior leadership team.
*Liaise with the wider group finance function to ensure reporting deadlines are met.
*Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
Salary & benefits:*Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
