Salary:£48,000 - £50,000
This is a brilliant HR Manager opportunity for someone who likes to make their mark and take ownership.

* As the HR Manager you will pprovide a full generalist HR service to the business
*Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers
*Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures
*Manage ER / HR issues and cases end to end – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance
*Drive exciting initiatives around employee engagement, succession planning, talent, development
*This role will have a focus on process improvement, ensuring processes are robust, someone with a real eye for detail will excel here.
*Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
*Identify opportunities for change and improvement
The role would suit someone who has a background in manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality or logistics.
This will suit someone who loves driving improvements and has a natural ability to build strong relationships.
