Hays Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Rugby this September. This is a long-term opportunity supporting students with additional needs, helping them engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.
The Role
*Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assisting with learning and classroom activities
*Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
*Working closely with teachers and support staff
*Supporting pupils with Autism, Complex Needs and learning difficulties

We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children or young people
*Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, Care Worker or similar experience
*A patient, caring and resilient approach
*A passion for supporting students with additional needs
