Full job descriptionWe are looking for a Management Accountant to join a busy and growing Construction company in North Bristol!
The role:
*Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Analysing financial performance and identifying trends
*Producing cash flow forecasts
*Monitoring costs, margins and profitability
*Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
*Supporting senior management with financial insights for decision-making
*Reviewing financial controls and processes
*Liaising with external accountants, auditors and stakeholders as required
*Contributing to the growth and development of the finance function
Experience:
*Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA)
*Construction experience ideal
*Management accounting experience, strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
