Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy site. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the site.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate a 360 Loading Shovel safely and efficiently.
*Load hoppers, crushers, lorries, and stockpiles as required.
*Move and transport materials around the site.
*Carry out daily machine inspections and report any faults or defects.
*Complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
*Assist with general site and yard duties when required.
*Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Requirements
*Valid 360 Loading Shovel licence/certificate (NPORS or CPCS).
*Previous experience operating a loading shovel in a quarry, recycling, waste, or industrial environment.
*Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
*Willingness to assist with general site duties when required.
