Location: Richmond or City

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Talking to people every day—on the phone, over coffee, or in meetings
*Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
*Matching the right people with the right opportunities
*Learning how to pitch, close deals, and win business
*Smashing targets and earning uncapped commission
*Creating and managing your own client or candidate network
*Advertising jobs, networking, and learning what makes people tick
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for potential. If this sounds like you, let’s talk:
*Great people skills—you’re outgoing, positive, and empathetic
*Resilient and ambitious—you bounce back and push forward
