Our client is a leading luxury interior design studio, renowned for creating beautiful homes for private clients. Based in a welcoming and inspiring Surrey studio, they are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving the company’s continued growth.
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to shape the commercial future of the business while working closely with the leadership team. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building strategic partnerships and raising the company’s profile within the property and interiors sector. From networking events to client meetings and industry introductions, you’ll take ownership of identifying opportunities and converting them into long-term relationships.
Skills & experience expected from the Business Development Manager:
*A proven background in business development, sales or relationship led roles
*Experience within luxury interiors, property, estate agency or new homes
*A track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
*Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
*A proactive, self-motivated approach and commercial mindset
