Full job descriptionWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive and pragmatic experienced HR Manager to join our client in South Gloucestershire on a full-time, permanent basis.


Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of all aspects of the people function, balancing day-to-day operational HR with longer-term strategic initiatives.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a hands-on environment. You’ll play a key role in reviewing existing processes, shaping long term objectives, and helping to strengthen a consistent, commercially focused people function that supports the next stage of the company’s development.


The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, and capable of bringing structure, consistency and pragmatic HR solutions within a fast-paced business where priorities can evolve quickly.


- Provide day-to-day HR support across the business.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Develop, improve and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Support payroll administration and maintain accurate HR records.
- Advise managers on employee relations and people matters.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and training programmes.
- Produce HR reports and analyse people data.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Support the CEO with strategic HR projects and organisational growth.


Key Attributes

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week, fully office-based)


Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + benefits including:
