The RoleYou’ll join a well-established team advising a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors, landlords and owner-managed companies across a broad range of commercial property matters.
The caseload is varied and high quality, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Development and investment work
*Secured lending transactions
*Options, conditional contracts and overage agreements
*Easements and other property-related matters
This is a role that offers genuine responsibility from day one, while providing the support and mentoring needed to continue developing your technical expertise and long-term career.
About YouApplications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property, although those with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
