Job Description:
Full job description Our client is a leading boutique asset manager with a range of successful active funds. They are seeking to hire a Client Reporting Associate. Key responsibilities include:
*Analyse, review, and maintain client reporting materials that include performance, risk measures, portfolio exposures, and fee information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
*Own reporting calculations and methodologies; document data sources, processes and controls; and investigate discrepancies to provide clear, reproducible solutions.
*Analyse large and complex datasets using internal systems and data tools to respond to client and internal requests accurately and efficiently.
*Contribute to, and progressively take ownership of, cross-regional projects focused on refining client reporting and information distribution structure and processes to meet client needs.
*Partner with technology and operations teams to design, test, and implement improvements to reporting workflows, controls, and automation.
*Prepare and maintain key client materials such as presentation slides, due diligence questionnaires, and investment-related materials as well as supporting RFP, RFI, and DDQ submissions in partnership with relevant subject-matter experts.
*Build effective relationships with key stakeholders including investment, client, operations, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
The successful candidate will possess strong academics, a client-centric approach, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to investigate complex matters and distil them into clear, practical conclusions and excellent communication skills. Professional experience may include client reporting, investment operations, performance measurement, data analysis or fund accounting.
