About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and professional Minibus Driver to join our Estates Team. Working Monday to Friday, you will transport pupils to and from school and school activities, ensuring a safe, punctual, and friendly service.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding, and vehicle care, while representing the school in a professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities
*Safely transport pupils on designated routes and school activities
*Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic weekly maintenance checks
*Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy
*Maintain accurate passenger registers and transport records
*Monitor routes, traffic conditions, and delays
*Promote positive pupil behaviour and ensure safety at all times
*Report incidents, delays, or vehicle faults promptly
*Comply with all road safety, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
Person Specification
*Valid D1 or PCV driving licence
*Previous minibus driving experience preferred
*Strong understanding of road safety and compliance
*Reliable, punctual, and professional
*Calm and confident when working with children
*Committed to safeguarding and pupil welfare
*Flexible and a team player
