Key Duties & Responsibilities for our QA Coordinator:
*Providing effective QA solutions and supporting their implementation
*Product testing - ensuring finished products comply with specifications and meet customer expectations
*Investigating defects and issues reported by stakeholders and end users, supporting root cause analysis and resolution
*Executing safe working practice
*Managing ISO accreditation performance


Essential Skills and Experience Required for our QA Coordinator:
*A high level of customer service excellence
*Proven ability to plan & organise workload and to adhere to targets/deadlines
*Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
*Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to provide feedback in a professional & constructive manner
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Effective decision-making skills
*Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook
*Knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing


Schedule: This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
Location: Wrexham LL12
