Job Title: Area Sales Manager –Hardwood Timber Products
Industry Sector: Hardwood, Timber, Hardwood Timber, Timber, Timber Importers, Timber Distributors, Shop Fitters, Joinery Contractors, Furniture Manufacturers, Timber Merchants, End Users, Window & Door Manufactures, Kitchen Manufacturers, Fabricators and Saw-Millers, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager
Area to be covered: London & South East
Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + £6,000 paid quarterly
Benefits: Fully expensed car + benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager – Hardwood Timber Products will involve:
*Field sales position selling a range of hardwood timber products
*All of your time will be spent selling to furniture manufacturers, window & door manufacturers, OEM’s, fit-out contractors, timber / wood importers and distributors and merchants
*Turnover target will be determined via your experience
*Good blend of account management and business development
*Can be based in the South East or Midlands
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –Hardwood Timber Products with:
*Must have building products field sales experience
*Ideally from a timber, hardwood, joinery, doors sector however not essential
*Ideally sold to manufacturers however open
*Driven, enthusiastic, hungry with a passion for the product and company
*Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technically information
*Computer literate
*Efficient territorial planning skills
